Mixed experience. Noise issues persist

excessive noise small safe

I found the nightly noise levels quite disruptive. Sleep was difficult. nearby clubs played loud music until late, even with earplugs. the room felt less secure, it had a simple push-button lock on the door. the provided safe was also too small. It could not fit even a small tablet.

the staff was friendly and helpful .

the noise from nearby nightclubs continued until 3am each night and earplugs did not help me sleep i found this very frustrating and disruptive the bass was intense.

super charming hotel, i can't wait to go back!!!

amazing breakfast perfect location easy exploration

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it wasn't your basic buffet. instead, i could order exactly what i wanted from a varied menu. the chilaquiles were so good! the location was also perfect, right on the beach. plus, it was close to downtown.

the music from the nearby clubs was loud late at night, but earplugs helped me sleep.

friendly staff early breakfast delicious food great location

I found the staff very friendly. They arranged early breakfasts for our tours. The restaurant offered delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated the discount. The location was great. I was close to shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was very good. I thought it was tasty and reasonably priced.

Music played until 3 AM. I found the noise from nearby clubs unbearable.
